VICTORIA has released the music video for her last single for 2020, “UGLY CRY”. The track will be one of her potential Eurovision 2021 songs. The official Bulgarian entry will be presented in March and in case “UGLY CRY” is chosen, a 3-minute Eurovision version will be released.

“UGLY CRY” shows a different side to VICTORIA; a heavier, hard hitting beat underlies tense strings as VICTORIA examines the difference between the public and private persona, imploring the listener to love her ‘better side’. Inspired by the difference in the way she was treated before and after Eurovision success, VICTORIA states that lyrically “my message with “UGLY CRY” is simple – everyone deserves respect”.

VICTORIA was selected to perform her single ‘Tears Getting Sober’ at the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam. The song reached over 1 million views on YouTube and over 250k streams in its first week and went on to gain over 4 million streams across platforms by Eurovision weekend. Despite the contest being cancelled, VICTORIA gained incredible feedback and a huge fanbase from her release, being tipped as the favourite to win from publications across Europe.

VICTORIA rose to fame after appearing in the fourth season of X Factor Bulgaria, where she reached the final 5. VICTORIA’s distinctive voice and style position her as one of the most promising new music acts from Eastern Europe.
